Our Code of Conduct

Code of ConductOur Code of Conduct defines how Skanska conducts its business. It was first established in 2002 and revised and updated in 2008.

Our intentions are clear. We do not tolerate corruption, bribery, unfair anti-competitive activities, discrimination or harassment of any kind.

On the contrary, we promote ethical business practices, fair treatment of all employees and are committed to creating safe, healthy workplaces. Likewise, we protect and care for the environment and are constantly striving to reduce our environmental footprint.

Skanska employees are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct. This includes taking action if believing there is a serious breach to the Code.

Skanska provides different options for reporting, which are available also for external stakeholders such as customers and sub-contractors.

Please note that making a deliberately false accusation is in itself considered a breach of our Code of Conduct.
