After you’ve been at Skanska for a couple of years, you may be able to gain an entirely new perspective on the global nature of our business from a local point of view.
A new international employee exchange program – Skanska Unlimited – will be launched in 2008 to provide new opportunities for you to live and work in another country for about half a year.
It’s hands-on, on-site experience like this that will help you develop new competencies and adopt new ways of communicating and problem-solving through your direct involvement with a new team of Skanska colleagues.
