The 2009 Annual Shareholders' Meeting reelected the accounting firm of KPMG AB as auditor of Skanska AB. This assignment runs until the 2013 Annual Shareholders' Meeting. The auditor in charge is George Pettersson, Authorized Public Accountant.

Auditors report auditing at Board's meeting
Every year the Company's auditors attend at least one of the Board's meetings in order to report directly to the Board their observations from the task of auditing. On such occasions, the Board meets the auditors without the President and CEO or other members of the Senior Executive Team being present.
