At the end of 2009, Skanska's capital stock amounted to SEK 1,269 M, divided into 423,053,072 shares. Skanska's capital stock is divided into Series A, Series B and Series D shares, all with a quota value of SEK 3. All shares are non-restricted. Series A shares carry 10 votes a piece, whereas Series B and Series D shares each carry one vote a piece. During 2009, 560,000 Series D shares have been converted to Series B. The total amount Series D in Skanska's own custody is now 3,940,000.
