Whistleblower service

We encourage everyone who works at our workplaces to speak up if they suspect violations of our code of conduct. Even those who are not Skanska employees, such as customers or suppliers, can report.

This is how you do it

We are keen that one should feel comfortable reporting problems without worrying about negative consequences. There are several ways to choose from if you want to report, including the possibility of being completely anonymous.

  • If possible, contact the site management or another manager at your workplace. Often we can solve any problems locally.

  • You can also contact the Ethics Council at Skanska. The Ethics function provides guidance and investigates ethical violations. Your identity is protected if you want.
    Email to etiska.radet@skanska.se

  • Or report to the Skanska Code of Conduct Hotline operated by an independent party. You can turn to it if you suspect a serious crime. The service supports several languages and you can be anonymous.
You need to enter the code 109708 in your report and remember to note your case number.

What happens with your report?

You will receive an initial feedback within seven days. Regardless of which channel you choose to report through, an independent investigation is conducted. The investigation aims to clarify the situation and decide on any possible measures. You will always receive information about the outcome of your report.

Our ambition is to complete an investigation within three months. If we are not finished within this time, you will receive an update on the status.

We tolerate no form of reprisals.

Skanska tolerates no form of retaliation against anyone who, with good intentions, reports a suspected ethical violation.
