The building that helped shape modern Holešovice
Visionary is a modern office building in Prague’s Holešovice district that helped shape the transformation of the area around the Holešovice Railway Station into a new business destination.
With a total area of nearly 23,000 square meters across seven floors, the project offers high-quality workplaces, terraces on every floor, a kindergarten, services for tenants and the public, and a strong focus on health, sustainability and everyday user experience.
Skanska sold Visionary to CA Immo in 2018.

One address, five ways to connect
The building is located in Prague 7 at the corner of Plynární and Argentinská streets, close to the Nádraží Holešovice station. Thanks to connections to the metro, train, trams and buses, it offers excellent accessibility by public transportation, as well as convenient car access including direct connections to the city ring road.
A space that offers companies more than just an address
Visionary offers approximately 20,000 square meters of Class A office space together with 2,500 square meters of ground-floor retail. The project was designed to provide a flexible, healthy and high-quality working environment enhanced by terraces, city views and contemporary architecture.
Restaurant, pharmacy, kindergarten and garden for the neighborhood
Visionary was designed as an open and active part of the neighborhood rather than a closed office complex. The building includes a restaurant, café, pharmacy and medical clinic for both tenants and local residents. Behind the building, a publicly accessible garden with a multifunctional playground and occasional open-air cinema creates additional space for community life in Holešovice.
140-meter rooftop running track with views across Prague
Visionary was the first office building in continental Europe with a rooftop running track. The project also offers tenants shared electric cars, a self-service laundry, a smart parking system with 214 parking spaces and a mobile application connecting services within the building and the surrounding area.
The first WELL-certified building in the Czech Republic
Visionary achieved LEED Platinum certification with 95 points and was, at the time of completion, the highest-rated sustainable building in the Czech Republic and Central Europe under this certification system. At the same time, it became the first building in the Czech Republic and the 24th worldwide to achieve WELL Gold Core & Shell certification, focused on health, well-being and the quality of the everyday indoor environment.
