Universitetsgata 2 is a comprehensive rehabilitation project in the middle of Oslo city center. The project includes a complete upgrade of a 17-story office building with major structural interventions, the establishment of a new glass courtyard, and significant improvements to technical systems. The building has been modernized to meet today's requirements for functionality, quality, and use.
