Under our hard hats are big hearts that make sure all have a place at the table where we share and create the stories that shape our I&D journey.

Inclusion and belonging training

In 2020, Skanska introduced “Know the Line,” a training program with the goal of raising awareness and establishing expectations for workplace behaviors where no form of disrespect, harassment, discrimination or bullying is tolerated.

Our Inclusive Leadership Workshop builds on “Know the Line” by providing tools and techniques for our employees to support and reinforce our culture, where all feel valued and respected for their contributions and perspectives.

Equal Opportunity Employment

Skanska’s success depends on fully leveraging qualified talent. We are committed to equal opportunity, merit-based practices, and nondiscrimination in employment, contracting, and subcontracting activities. All qualified applicants and business partners are considered without regard to protected status, including disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Our transparency builds your confidence

Our Governance Framework promotes ethical, responsible management and clear accountability. Guided by Transparency International and our Code of Conduct, employees and partners can report concerns anonymously 24/7 via our Ethics Hotline or SpeakUp app.
