Project information
On this new construction and renovation project, our team rebuilt the main downtown library, converted a historic building into a library operations center and renovated the Old North Dayton branch. We also built a new branch library in Northwest Dayton and added another branch in Miami Township. Two of the projects achieved LEED® Gold certification.
