Project information
Our under-budget renovation of several wings of this active landmarked museum included 30,000-SF of skylight reconstruction, 50,000-SF of masonry repairs, expanded mechanical equipment rooms and a 60,000-SF attic MEP upgrade with 10,000’ of new ducts, pipes and cables. The skylight project alone reduced the museum’s entire carbon footprint by nearly seven percent.
