NYCEDC, L10 Cultural Center

Modern library interior with sleek seating, bookshelves, and people studying.

Project information

Located in an existing 32-story mixed-use residential tower, this new arts and cultural center created spaces for four separate cultural institutions: Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts, Brooklyn Academy of Music, 651 ARTS and the Brooklyn Public Library. We achieved 53 percent diversity representation against a goal of 30 percent.
