Saving $30 million through value management, we built this eight-story, Category 5 hurricane-resilient patient tower and pavilion featuring a large pediatric ER, 160 patient beds, outpatient clinics and more. We also renovated the existing facility, reconfigured site access roads and underground utilities, and added a multi-level parking structure.
