Our use of an integrated form of agreement promoted creative ideas and Lean tactics that enabled us to deliver this three-story medical office building nearly three months ahead of schedule with around $3 million in cost savings. In addition to a new clinic and surgery center, the building houses eight clinical departments.

We implemented a virtual punch process to reduce the final punch list to less than 10 percent of a typical project.

We expedited two first-in-place rooms from the rest of the project schedule to allow end users to validate room flow and equipment placement, ultimately reducing rework.
