Our expansion of this active hospital involved 90,000-SF of renovation and $21.5 million of enablement work that included a new six-story inpatient tower and expanded ED, ICU, imaging and surgical services suite. We achieved one of the largest small, women-owned and minority-owned business spends in the state’s history—$130 million across 192 SWaM firms.
