Florida Polytechnic University, New Campus

Saving $38 million through value management, we built multiple buildings on a 171-acre site and extensive underground enabling work. The project included the university’s signature architectural landmark—the iconic Innovation Science and Technology Building. We also delivered a student wellness center, admissions building and campus control center.
