Pasco-Hernando State College, Porter Campus

As part of this multi-building new campus project, our team constructed a 350-space, concrete parking garage with four stories above it—the first design of its kind in Florida. We also delivered classrooms, offices, labs, an auditorium, a conference center and a full-service library. Our design changes and tracking added $2 million in scope to the project.
