Our team delivered this four-story hub for innovation, exploration and ideation with $800,000 saved through value management. Built into a sloped hillside, the LEED® Gold certified building has classroom, labs and collaborative spaces for ideation, rapid prototyping, arts, capstone projects and industry partners.

The center houses the campus’ first-ever solar array, which meets as much as 24 percent of the building’s energy requirements.
