Our team built the world’s first Signia by Hilton hotel, which features 40 stories, 976 guest rooms, 100,000-SF of meeting and event space, eight food and beverage experiences, a boutique day spa and Club Signia—a private sanctuary of comfort and sophistication. We delivered $30 million in value management savings, overcame COVID procurement delays, achieved zero lost-time incidents with 2.5 million man-hours and diverted 85 percent of waste.

Sustainable solutions

A portion of the hotel sits on the old Georgia Dome site, and we uncovered, rehabilitated and reused the dome’s foundations as part of the new hotel’s foundation systems.
