Widewater Hotels, The Porter Hotel Curio

We built this 16-story boutique hotel on a logistically challenging site in the middle of downtown Portland. It features 297 guest rooms, meeting facilities, fitness center, pool and rooftop restaurant and lounge. We performed an extremely complex concrete roof pour with heavy formwork that cantilevered 12’ from the curtain wall and 185’ above street level.
