Project information

Our team converted a manufacturing plant into a 239-room boutique hotel and conference center with a nine-story atrium and a two-level, 200-space parking garage. The facility features a bronze-clad, monumental lobby staircase, a fitness center with yoga studio, 16 event spaces, a rooftop garden, outdoor dining area, restaurant and lounge.
