Project information
Our team delivered a multi-phased Tier III data center with a structural steel core and concrete tilt panels as the primary façade. Capable of supporting up to 36 MW, the facility features zero water cooling, backup generation and redundant systems. We achieved partial occupancy in nine months, compared to the typical industry standard of 18 to 24 months.

Smart solutions
To ensure we stayed on the critical path and didn’t miss any project milestones, we used a 360° camera to cover 250’ per minute on a video walk. An algorithm identified every BIM element based on a sophisticated comparison of video walk-through and 360° photos to the BIM models.
Smarter ways of working
We implemented a detailed erosion and sediment control plan to prevent soil and construction debris from reaching adjacent wetland areas.
We used our Embodied Carbon Calculator tool to closely track and manage the carbon output from the project.
Driving collaboration
To meet the customer’s wish to have a portion of the facility turned over early, we implemented Lean construction principles and brought together all stakeholders to collaboratively make decisions.
