If you believe that Skanska’s Code of Conduct has been violated, there are several ways to report your concern.
Every employee is responsible for reporting any actual or suspected violation of Skanska’s Code of Conduct.
Employees can raise a concern with their supervisor or manager, the relevant HR or Legal department, any member of the Ethics Committee or the Ethics Ambassador. Concerns can also be reported by email at eticky.vybor@skanska.cz.
If none of these options is suitable, concerns can be reported confidentially and anonymously through the Skanska Code of Conduct Hotline, either by phone or online.
