The relevant person receives reports in writing at whistleblowing.asfalt@skanska.cz or by phone. At the reporter’s request, the relevant person will receive the report in person within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the date of the request.

In this case, the envelope must be clearly marked with one of the following:
“DO NOT OPEN – exclusively to the attention of Ondřej Navrkal”
or
“DO NOT OPEN – exclusively to the attention of Klára Hořejšová”
Only the relevant persons have access to the reports and their contents.
