Information pursuant to Section 9(2)(b) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, is published below for each obligated entity.
What unlawful conduct can be reported?
A report may concern possible unlawful conduct that has occurred or is expected to occur at Skanska, or conduct involving a person with whom the reporter has been or is in contact in connection with their employment, volunteer work, professional practice or internship at Skanska.

Who can submit a report?
A report can be submitted by a Skanska employee or a person performing volunteer work, professional practice or an internship at Skanska (hereinafter referred to as the “reporter”).
To whom should suspicions of unlawful conduct be reported?
A report can be submitted through a secure internal reporting system to the appropriate persons.
How can unlawful conduct be reported?
The responsible person receives reports in writing at the designated email address or by phone. At the reporter’s request, the responsible person will receive the report in person within a reasonable time, but no later than 14 days from the date of the request.

In this case, the envelope must be clearly marked with one of the following:
“DO NOT OPEN – exclusively to the attention of Ondřej Navrkal”
or
“DO NOT OPEN – exclusively to the attention of Klára Hořejšová”
External reporting system
In accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, reports can also be submitted through the external reporting system established by the Ministry of Justice: oznamovatel.justice.cz.
