Safety in everyday practice
Safety management starts with proper planning. We consider safety from the earliest stages of project preparation, throughout construction and all the way to completion. Our first priority is to eliminate risks wherever possible. Where risks cannot be eliminated, we introduce technical measures and safety solutions, often using innovative approaches, to reduce them. We then apply organizational measures and personal protective equipment to manage any remaining risks. This approach is known as the Hierarchy of Controls. A construction project is a dynamic environment that requires careful coordination of many activities taking place at the same time. That is why safe work planning is an essential part of our daily routine.
Health & Safety Standards
Our H&S Standards provide a core set of rules that help us maintain a high level of safety across our projects. They are based on legal requirements and often go beyond them, particularly in high-risk areas such as lifting operations and working at height. Compliance with these standards is the responsibility of all managers, supported by health and safety specialists who are an integral part of our teams.
Quality and Safety Management System
We regularly maintain certification to the ISO 45001 standard for occupational health and safety management, supporting our commitment to continuous improvement.
