Project information
Within the Legislative Plaza district, we’re renovating office space and the War Memorial Plaza, upgrading the Motlow Tunnel and parking garage, and modernizing elevators and MEP systems. The plaza provides open-air space for public events, while below it houses offices and committee rooms for the Tennessee General Assembly and the State War Museum.
