Balancing modern updates with preservation, we renovated this historic building built as a memorial to Tennessee soldiers who died in World War I. Work included MEP system upgrades, a new roof, window replacement, elevator modernization, ADA upgrades, stone façade and architectural finish restoration, plaza replacement, and plaque and statue refurbishment.
