WCPSS, Fuquay-Varina Middle School
Project information
Using target value design and BIM to maintain the budget, we built this new middle school with outdoor athletic facilities, two gymnasiums, science and fine arts classrooms, theater, media center and dining facility. We also remediated the site to remove marshy groundwater and demolished an old wastewater treatment facility.
