Project information

We constructed three new elementary schools, all of which are LEED Gold certified. We also renovated a high school, three middle schools and one elementary school. Through diligent buyout, contingency savings, energy rebates and E-Rate savings, we funded $900,000 in alternates and $1.3 million in added scope.

Smart solutions

We planned for all three new schools to have similar features—floor plans and finishes—to maximize procurement and construction efficiencies across the project.

Modern library interior with bookshelves, a green slide, and a staircase.
Children playing and running in a bright, spacious indoor school gymnasium with bleachers.
