Project information
On this waterfront project, our team redeveloped a 20-acre pier approach and constructed a new 3,065-foot-long pier. We completed plazas and event lawns, installed lighted walking paths and enhanced site circulation for pedestrians, trams and vehicles. We also constructed new parking lots and play areas and coordinated the installation of iconic public art.
