The heart of Music City now beats at this city’s largest mixed-use development, which includes a 26-story office tower, 34-story residential tower, the National Museum of African American Music, underground parking, and retail and dining spaces. We constructed the project with zero lost-time incidents with 207,572 man-hours.

The project brought downtown Nashville its first food hall, which features over 25 food stalls.
