Concept preschool with eight sections

In Motala, we have built the preschool Råssnäs on behalf of the municipality. The preschool is built according to our ABCD concept. Through the ABCD preschools, we can offer climate-smart and sustainable preschools to all of Sweden's municipalities.

The preschool is built according to Skanska's ABCD concept.

The outside environment invites the children to play and be active.

Durable brick is used for the facade.

The pre-school's exposed location, close to the lake Vättern, is the reason why brick was chosen instead of the standardized wooden facade.

The children can be active in the play area.

The children's imagination is challenged and encouraged.

Many different play areas are found in the large yard.

The children can see the yard through the large window.

In the large playroom there are many small spaces, where the children can play.

The toilets are modern and practical.

The preschool is built with sustainable materials.

The hallways are large and practical

The kitchens are practical and modern.

The creative environment ignites children’s imagination.

As the preschool is in an exposed location, right next to the lake Vättern, a durable brick facade and a tin roof were chosen instead of a standardized wooden facade.
