At the Annual General Meeting 2026, the registered audit firm Ernst & Young AB was re-elected as Skanska’s auditor for the period until the close of the Annual General Meeting 2027. The authorized public accountant Rickard Andersson serves as the auditor in charge.
The external auditor audits Skanska’s Annual and Sustainability Report and reviews the interim report for the third quarter. Furthermore, the Boards’ as well as the President and CEO’s management of Skanska is examined.
The auditor reports the outcome of their review in the audit report within the Annual and Sustainability Report, stating whether the auditor recommends adoption of the income statement and balance sheet, discharge from liability for the President and CEO and the Board, as well as the proposed appropriation of profit.
