Equilibrium 2 sold to Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund

Skanska has sold the second Equilibrium office building in Bucharest to Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund (MPTIA), a public fund managed by Gránit Asset Management and backed by over 40,000 investors, which now owns both Equilibrium 1 and 2. The acquisition strengthens the fund’s portfolio and reflects its continued confidence in Skanska’s office developments.

Equilibrium 1 sold to Gordiusz Private Equity Fund

Skanska has signed an agreement to sell the first phase of Equilibrium office complex in Bucharest to Gordiusz Private Equity Fund, managed by Gránit Asset Management. This marks the first transaction between Skanska Romania and this investment fund, representing a significant milestone in the local real estate market's development.
