Our commitments

As signatories, we are committed to upholding the UN Global Compact as well as international human rights, labor and environmental principles. We follow OECD guidelines and strengthen our supply-chain due diligence in line with EU requirements and the precautionary principle. Our work contributes to several UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly sustainable cities and resilient, inclusive communities.

BREEAM Infrastructure

BREEAM Infrastructure is a globally recognized sustainability rating system that measures and verifies the environmental, social and governance performance of infrastructure projects.

WELL

The WELL Building Standard is a global, evidence‑based certification focused on optimizing buildings for human health and well‑being across key environmental and psychological factors.

Envision

Envision is a sustainability certification that assesses and verifies the environmental, social and economic performance of infrastructure projects.

Living Building Challenge

The Living Building Challenge is the world’s most rigorous, performance‑based sustainability standard, requiring buildings to be regenerative and operate on net‑positive energy and water.
