Skanska awarded contract to build office building in Boston, USA, for USD 92 M, about SEK 615 M
Skanska has signed a contract with a confidential client to build a 28,000 square meter, Class A office building in Boston, USA, worth USD 92 M, about SEK 615 M. The contract will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the third quarter of 2014.
Construction has begun and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2016.
