Skanska constructs office building in Redmond, USA, for USD 80 M, about SEK 515 M
Skanska has signed a contract with a confidential corporate client to construct a new office building in Redmond, Washington, USA. The contract value, USD 80 M, about SEK 515 M, will be included in order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the first quarter of 2014.
Construction has started, with completion scheduled for spring 2015.
