Skanska signs additional contract for USD 47 M, about SEK 315 M, for office building in Boston, USA
Skanska has received an additional contract of USD 47 M, about SEK 315 M, for commercial interiors for Skanska USA Commercial Development’s existing office building project in the Seaport District in Boston, USA. The order will be included in bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter of 2014.
The project is a 17-floor office and commercial building with ground floor retail, targeting a minimum of LEED® Gold certification.
The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter 2015.
