The project includes two nine-storey buildings, one building with 17 floors and parking decks on two levels. The buildings will also have seven business premises on the ground floor. All the apartments are now sold.

The buildings will meet high sustainability standards and the intention is that they will be certified according to ecolabel the Swan. This means high demands on energy efficiency, materials and indoor environment. There are also requirements for quality and a sustainable building process.

Construction has already started and the intention is that the project will be completed during the fall 2018.

Skanska is one of the largest project development and construction companies in Sweden, with operations in building and civil engineering as well as in residential and commercial development. The unit has about 10 000 employees. Revenues from construction amounted to SEK 27 billion in Sweden in 2015. Residential development sold about 2 200 new homes.
