Skanska builds corporate office building in Atlanta, USA, for USD 56M, about SEK 470M
Skanska has signed a contract to build a corporate office building in Atlanta, Georgia for a confidential client. The contract is worth USD 56M, about SEK 470M, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building for the third quarter 2016.
The new office building will consist of an 18,500 square meter office building and a 19,500 square meter parking garage.
Construction began in September 2016. The project is slated for completion in 2018.
