Skanska builds warehouse in Portland, USA, for USD 63M, about SEK 540M
Skanska has signed a contract with Rivergate V Associates, LLC to build a new warehouse in Portland, Oregon, USA. The contract is worth USD 63M, about SEK 540M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2017.
The project will construct an 85,000-square meter warehouse. The scope of work also includes creating additional parking areas.
Construction has started with anticipated completion in late summer 2018.
