Skanska constructs mixed-use facility in Massachusetts, USA, for USD 125M, about SEK 1.1 billion
Skanska has signed a contract with EF Education First (EF) to construct a building on EF’s campus in Massachusetts, USA. The contract award is worth USD 125M, about SEK 1.1 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2017.
Skanska will construct EF’s third building, EF III, on its North Point campus in East Cambridge. The 12-story, about 28,000-square-meter, mixed-use facility will include public recreational amenities, general office and administrative space, above-grade parking and new student housing. Skanska will also construct the campus’ new public parkland.
Construction is underway with the project scheduled for completion in spring 2019.
