Skanska renovates commercial building in New York City, USA, for USD 48M, about SEK 430M
Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to renovate and remodel select floors and common areas for a commercial building in New York City, USA. The first phase of this contract is worth USD 48M, about SEK 430M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the second quarter 2017.
Construction is underway with estimated completion in August 2019.
