Skanska has signed an additional contract with USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute in Tampa, USA for USD 36 M, about SEK 320 M

Skanska has signed an additional contract for the construction of a 37,000-square-meter facility, including auditorium and classroom space, clinic areas and scientific laboratories, for USF Health Morsani College of Medicine and Heart Institute in Tampa, Florida, USA. The contract value, USD 36 M, about SEK 320 M, will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2018.

The initial contract was announced in April 2018. This contract is for GMP 3 of the project.

Construction began in August 2017 and is slated for completion late 2019.
