Skanska improves office buildings in Redmond, Washington, USA, for USD 38 M, about SEK 310 M
Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to perform tenant improvements to two office buildings in Redmond, Washington, USA. The contract is worth USD 38 M, about SEK 310 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the first quarter 2018.
Construction has started, with completion scheduled for November 2018.
