Skanska improves office buildings in Redmond, Washington, USA, for USD 39 M, about SEK 320 M
Skanska has signed a contract with an existing client to perform tenant improvements to two office buildings in Redmond, Washington, USA. The contract is worth USD 39 M, about SEK 320 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the second quarter 2018.
Skanska previously announced bookings for the same project in the first quarter 2018.
Construction has started, with completion scheduled for November 2018.
