Skanska signs additional contract for mixed-use project in Nashville, USA, for USD 74 M, about SEK 620 M
Skanska has signed an additional contract with OM-SE for the mixed-use development Fifth + Broadway in Nashville, USA. The contract is worth USD 74 M, about SEK 620 M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the second quarter 2018.
The initial contract was announced in March 2018.
Construction began in 2017 and is slated for completion in May 2020.
