Skanska signs construction contract for new college campus development for USD 131 million, about SEK 1.2 billion
Skanska has signed a contract for USD 131 M, about SEK 1.2 billion, with Collin College in Wylie, Texas, to manage the construction of a new campus for the college. Skanska USA will include USD 131 M in its third quarter 2018 order bookings.
The four-building campus will total about 32,000 square meters and include a student center, campus commons, learning resource center and a central utility plant.
The project will break ground next month and is slated for completion in June 2020. The project architect is Page.
