Skanska invests in land in Prague, Czech Republic, for EUR 19.5 M, about SEK 208 M

Skanska has acquired about 13,000 square meters of land in Prague, Czech Republic, from HB Reavis Group B.V. The total investment amounts to EUR 19.5 M, about SEK 208 M.

The plot of land that will be dedicated to the new office development is located at Radlická street which is one of the arteries connecting Prague city center with the western districts and the highway to Germany. The land is situated next to the metro station Radlická.

Skanska is one of the leading development and construction companies in Europe. Outside the Nordics, the company has European operations in building construction and civil engineering in Poland, Czech Republic & Slovakia and UK. Skanska develops commercial properties in select home markets in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary, while the residential development is active in Prague and Warsaw.
