The property is fully let to Bring Frigo AB and comprises a modern refrigeration and freezing terminal of approximately 10,800 square meters. The building is developed and built by Skanska. Wilfast has assisted the buyer and will manage the property.

The property is located in the eastern part of Helsingborg, in a strategic logistics location adjacent to the junction E4/E6/E20 which connects Copenhagen with Oslo and Stockholm. Skanska’s development plans continue in the area.

Skanska is one of the leading construction- and project development companies in the Nordics, with operations in building construction and civil engineering in Sweden, Norway and Finland, and developing residential- and commercial property projects in select home markets. The commercial development stream is also active in Denmark. Skanska had sales of about SEK 66 billion and about 14,800 employees in its Nordic operations during 2020.
